  I bought the cable about seven months ago and it didn’t work and I went back again. They asked me for a receipt but unfortunately I don’t have a receipt but I always buy stuff from there and I bought two cable last week and one Apple Watch but they didn’t return them back or replace it. It was so bad service and the manager you shouldn’t be manager. Very disappointed

  I visited the Apple Bentall Centre today after accidentally dropping my iPhone, and I want to recognise the team for their outstanding service. They were incredibly thoughtful about my walkability injury, immediately offered me a chair (especially, Leon), and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. The support was professional, kind, and genuinely customer‑focused. I’m very pleased with the experience and grateful for how well I was looked after.

  ronnie is a legend :) my phone storage was full from 50gb of photos, he noticed this even before i mentioned it and helped me move them all over to icloud so now they only take up 5gb! normally so hesitant about asking for support as others in the store just told me it was normal and i had a lot of photos, but he actually fixed it, thank you king

  I’m writing to share my disappointment with the customer service I recently experienced at the Apple Store Kingston regarding an Apple Watch collection order. I had ordered a new Apple Watch for in-store collection after being informed it was in stock. I paid using an Apple voucher and travelled a considerable distance to collect it, so I expected the process to be straightforward. I arrived at around midday with two children under the age of five, while also needing to travel onward to Epsom for my niece’s hospital appointment later that afternoon. Time was already limited and the situation was stressful. Despite explaining this to several members of staff, including the store manager, no one seemed willing to take ownership of the issue or offer meaningful assistance. I felt completely dismissed throughout the experience. There was very little empathy, communication, or urgency shown, despite the circumstances and the fact that I had travelled far specifically for this collection. In the end, I had to contact Apple Customer Support myself while still inside the store. Thankfully, the support team was eventually able to expedite the order, and I was finally able to collect the watch about an hour and a half after arriving. I understand that delays can occasionally happen with collection orders. However, the real issue was the attitude and lack of care shown by the in-store staff. A more proactive, understanding, and professional approach would have made a significant difference. As someone who has been an Apple customer for nearly 20 years, this experience was particularly disappointing. I expect a much higher standard of customer service from Apple, especially at a flagship retail location. Thankfully, I still managed to make it to my niece’s hospital appointment in Epsom on time, but the unnecessary stress caused by this experience could easily have been avoided with better communication and customer care.

  I recently visited the Bentall Kingston branch to buy a phone, and honestly the customer service at first was really disappointing. The staff member who initially spoke to me was very rude and acted like they were already annoyed before even helping. I also wasn’t properly informed about the receipt or that I could get a tax receipt, which caused a lot of confusion and stress for me. However, later a lady named Niti (I hope I got her name right) stepped in and completely changed my experience. She was absolutely amazing. While the previous staff members made the whole process frustrating, she was patient, professional, and genuinely tried to help with everything she could. She went out of her way to sort things out and made me feel respected as a customer. A big thank you to her ❤️ she was the only reason my experience improved in the end.
